Returns & Cancellations

REFUNDS:

Due to the items being made to order, all sales are final and returns are not accepted. As our items fall under the custom made category we are within the UK consumer rights law to not offer refund.

 

CANCELLATIONS:

By placing your order with us you constitute acceptance of the terms described. At which point you are bound to your contract and any changes will incur additional fees. You have 48hrs to cancel your order. After this there will be a 25% restocking fee to cover loss of any materials ordered.
